What we collect, and what we do with it

This notice covers the website at techticianai.com, operated by Techtician AI LLC, of 732 S 6th Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101. It does not cover any system we build for a client, which is governed by the agreement with that client.

Three things, and nothing else:

• What you type into the contact form — your name, your email address, optionally your business name, and the message itself. Nothing is prefilled and no field is hidden.
• What you type to Elli, if she is switched on — the questions you ask and the answers given, along with a random session identifier that groups one conversation together. The identifier is not linked to you and is discarded when you close the page.
• Ordinary server logs — the pages requested, timestamps, and the IP address the request came from. Our host records these automatically; we also use the IP address in memory, briefly, to rate-limit the contact form and Elli against abuse.

There are no cookies on this site, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing follows you off this domain. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The contact form asks how a job moves through your business. Answer it in general terms. Do not put customer names, patient details, medical information, card numbers or passwords in it. It is an ordinary web form, not a secure channel, and we have no way of knowing what you are about to type.

If you run a clinic or practice and need to discuss anything involving patient data, say so in the form without the details and we will arrange a proper channel first.

To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation so we are not asking you the same questions twice. We do not use it to market to you, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, ours is legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry you chose to send us, and in keeping the site working and free of abuse.

• Vercel Inc., who host the site and therefore process server logs.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), who deliver contact-form submissions to us.
• [agentProvider — NOT SUPPLIED], who run the model behind Elli. Anything you type to Elli is sent to them to produce a reply. If Elli is not switched on, this does not apply.

That is the complete list. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

Inquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for as long as our host retains them. Elli conversations are not stored by us beyond the session.

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email michael@techticianai.com and we will do it. We will not ask you why, we will not charge you, and using this right will never affect how we deal with you.

We give everyone the same rights rather than only the people a particular statute happens to cover. It is simpler, and we would rather not run a business where your rights depend on your postcode.

Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) lets residents tell a website operator not to sell their covered information. We do not sell it, to anyone, and we have no plans to. There is nothing to opt out of — but if you want that confirmed in writing, email michael@techticianai.com and we will send it.

The same goes for “sharing” in the advertising sense. There are no ad pixels, no data brokers and no audience lists on this site.

We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the services we use to run this site are in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be handled there, under US law, which may give it less protection than your own country does. Sending us an inquiry means you are content with that.

If you are in the UK or EU and want a copy of your data, or want it deleted, ask and we will do it — see above. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection regulator.

The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy and strict transport security. Keys for any system we connect to stay on the server and are never sent to your browser. That protects the transport; it does not make the form a suitable place for confidential information, which is why we ask you not to put any there.

This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the bottom. We will not quietly start collecting something new and leave this page saying otherwise.
